How do I start service?
To start your service, simply call us at (808) 497-9273 to set up your schedule and frequency of service. Or, you may send us your service inquiry through our Schedule A Service Form and we’ll contact you right away to set up your service.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! To stop service, just call and notify your service suspension, cancellation, or to stop service. We just ask to please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your next scheduled service.

How do I pay for the service?
You will receive an invoice from us at the end of each month by email.

We accept checks, cash, and debit and credit cards.

For convenience, you can opt-in for autopay or pay through our portal.

Payments are due 7 days from the invoice date.

If the account is not paid by the first service day of the following month, service will be suspended until the account delinquency is paid in full. Additionally, service suspended for over a week will be subject to a First-Time Clean-up Fee.
